Your role will be to analyze data, propose optimizations, conduct A/B tests, and ensure that strategies are always aligned with client objectives, with a focus on ROI. Responsibilities and attributes * Responsible for strategic planning and management of client accounts through platforms and media such as Google, Facebook, among others; * Process optimization through data analysis and reports; * Active communication with clients; * Prepare presentations and documents for client reports; * Prepare supporting materials; * Control project schedules and schedule planned meetings; * Seek the best performance and achievement of client goals; * Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform paid media strategies; * Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary; * Collaborate with the content and design team to create attractive and effective ads; * Keep up with market trends and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition; * Conduct A/B tests for different creatives. Requirements and qualifications * Experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.); * Knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, etc.); * Familiarity with the creation and optimization of landing pages and conversion funnels; * Ability to conduct A/B tests and result analysis for continuous optimization; * Knowledge of budget management and media planning; * Ability to use marketing automation tools.
