**Oracle EBS Functional Consultant R12** We are seeking an Oracle EBS R12 Functional Consultant with a hybrid (functional \+ technical) profile, with strong expertise in Integrated Receiving (IR) and deep knowledge of financial modules, to work in a highly dynamic and mission-critical global environment. This professional will play a strategic role in automating tax-related processes, continuously improving the platform, and optimizing operations, being responsible for ensuring efficiency and scalability of financial workflows—especially for automated invoice entry via Open Interface. **Key Responsibilities** Serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for Oracle EBS R12, with focus on financial processes. Lead enhancements and evolution of the Integrated Receiving (IR) module. Collaborate cross-functionally across PO, AP, and GL modules to ensure process consistency and efficiency. Develop solutions and customizations using PL/SQL and Oracle Forms. Lead initiatives for automating invoice entry via Open Interface. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency gains and effort reduction. Act as the liaison between business and technology in a global environment. Participate in technical and functional decisions with direct business impact. **Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications** Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 in complex corporate environments. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Integrated Receiving (IR). Functional and technical knowledge (PL/SQL and Oracle Forms). Experience with PO, AP, and GL modules. Experience in tax process automation and system integrations. Advanced English (active participation in meetings and communication with global teams). Consultative mindset, autonomy, and strong decision-making capability. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis—or currently pursuing such a degree. **Preferred Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in large-scale global environments. Experience in tax automation projects and financial process optimization. Ability to identify efficiency improvements and operational cost reductions. Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement orientation and business impact focus.
