Monitor inventory control and conduct stocktaking. Plan delivery routes and track transportation and deliveries. Ensure on-time delivery deadlines are met. Supervise the logistics operational team. Monitor logistics key performance indicators (KPIs). Control operational costs and seek process improvements. Liaise with and negotiate terms with carriers and suppliers. Ensure compliance with sector safety and organization standards. Track product entries and exits in the system. Resolve logistics incidents and operational issues. Develop strategies to optimize warehousing and distribution. Prepare management reports for operational monitoring. Collaborate with departments such as procurement, sales, finance, and inventory. Ensure processes align with company policies. Tasks relevant to standard Logistics Coordinator routines. Previous experience as Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Manager, Logistics Analyst, or Supply Chain Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the activities associated with this position. Bachelor's degree required.
