Whether onsite or remote, we foster authentic connections and build a collaborative workplace enriched with knowledge-sharing moments, fun, and development—such as happy hours, game nights, and discussion circles. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your role will include** * Technically leading the development and evolution of Bronze, Silver, and Gold pipelines in Databricks. * Defining Analytics Engineering standards, data modeling, documentation, and data quality for the team. * Designing scalable, reusable, and high-performance pipelines across multiple business domains. * Serving as a technical reference in data architecture, supporting architectural decisions and code reviews. * Advancing data quality strategies, automated testing, and data governance. * Building and defining standards for enterprise semantic models and analytical assets in Power BI. * Mentoring Analytics Engineers, sharing knowledge and driving the team’s technical growth. * Collaborating with Architecture, Platform Engineering, and business stakeholders to evolve the data strategy. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need** * Solid experience in Analytics Engineering and end-to-end pipeline development in Databricks. * Proficiency in SQL, Spark/PySpark, and Delta Live Tables (DLT). * Experience with Power BI, semantic modeling, and data modeling. * Hands-on experience defining data quality, documentation, and governance standards. * Experience conducting technical reviews and supporting other engineers. * Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices. English proficiency to operate in a global environment. * **Nice to have** * Experience defining enterprise-wide Analytics Engineering standards. * Experience in enterprise environments within Supply Chain, Finance, or Manufacturing. * Knowledge of Unity Catalog and data governance. * Databricks or Microsoft Azure certifications. * Experience working in global organizations. **Additional information** **The selection process:** **We believe that a transparent and respectful selection process is fundamental to a positive candidate experience.
