**Senior Junior / Mid-Level Infrastructure Analyst** We are seeking a technically skilled, organized, and proactive Infrastructure professional to support, administer, and evolve the corporate IT environment—with focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, security, monitoring, networking, and firewalls. **Responsibilities** * Administer and provide support for the Microsoft Entra ID environment. * Support identity management, groups, permissions, MFA, conditional access, and security policies. * Manage corporate devices via Microsoft Intune. * Support configuration of compliance, security, hardening, and endpoint management policies. * Work with Microsoft Defender—monitoring alerts, security events, vulnerabilities, and recommendations. * Monitor environments using Zabbix and Grafana. * Create, adjust, and maintain technical and operational dashboards. * Configure alerts, notifications, and integrations with Microsoft Teams via webhooks. * Support Microsoft Azure environments. * Work with virtual machines, virtual networks, NSGs, storage, backup, permissions, and core cloud resources. * Perform infrastructure, network, connectivity, VPN, DNS, DHCP, routing, and firewall troubleshooting. * Support analysis and resolution of incidents related to availability, performance, and security. * Document technical procedures, changes, troubleshooting steps, and operational standards. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure and security environments. **Technical Requirements** * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). * Knowledge of Microsoft Intune. * Knowledge of Microsoft Defender. * Experience with Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring. * Experience with Grafana for dashboard creation and metric tracking. * Experience sending alerts and integrating via webhooks with Microsoft Teams. * Knowledge of Microsoft Azure infrastructure. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, routing, and troubleshooting. * Knowledge of firewalls, access rules, security policies, port openings, and traffic analysis. * Familiarity with information security, access control, and hardening best practices. * Ability to analyze logs, events, metrics, and technical alerts. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with hybrid Microsoft 365 \+ Azure environments. * Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and high availability. * Experience with GLPI \- ITSM, including ticket creation and tracking. * Knowledge of PowerShell. * Knowledge of Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Cloud. * Experience handling critical environments and incident response. * Microsoft, Azure, security, or networking certifications. **Expected Profile** * Strong troubleshooting ability. * Organizational discipline for documentation. * Analytical mindset for incident investigation. * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams. * Proactivity in proposing improvements. * Accountability regarding deadlines, access controls, and critical environments. * Interest in technical growth toward a mid-level/senior position. **Position Level** Senior Junior to Mid-Level—with expectation of hands-on involvement in supporting, administering, and improving infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and monitoring environments.
