We are looking for a Senior Support and Infrastructure Analyst to operate, sustain, and evolve corporate infrastructure environments, with a focus on virtualization, networking, servers, and monitoring. We seek a technically skilled, organized professional with strong analytical capabilities, experience in medium- and high-complexity environments, intermediate troubleshooting skills, and effective communication for team collaboration. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate and administer virtualization environments (VMware vSphere / vCenter) — configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of VMs; * Administer Windows Server and Linux Server daily (patches, services, users); * Execute infrastructure deployments and changes based on runbooks and established procedures; * Perform intermediate-level performance and availability troubleshooting, escalating critical situations to the senior team; * Execute and oversee Disaster Recovery procedures (Zerto, Acronis) per defined plans; * Administer firewalls and VPNs (pfSense, FortiGate, Sophos) — rules, maintenance, and connectivity diagnostics; * Operational management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, and RDS; * Operate and maintain monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana): alert tracking, metric adjustments, and anomaly escalation; * Diagnose intermediate-level storage, network, and replication issues, documenting root causes and solutions; * Document procedures, incidents, and configurations in ITSM/GLPI. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid hands-on experience with VMware vSphere / vCenter (production environment operation and maintenance); * Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server in corporate environments; * Practical knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and VPNs; * Intermediate infrastructure troubleshooting capability (networking, storage, virtualization); * Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, or similar); * Experience with pfSense, FortiGate, or Sophos (a plus); * Experience with Zerto, Acronis, or Veeam (desirable); * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud (desirable); * Basic automation knowledge using PowerShell / Bash (a plus). **PWS Cloud** is a Brazilian company with 15 years of technology experience, specializing in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
