OSGT Implementation Analyst

**What are we looking for?** **Main responsibilities:** Monitor progress with the client, identifying areas for improvement in processes and functionalities; Detail requirements and gain business understanding together with the client; Prioritize tasks and submit service tickets; Draft scope documentation for improvements; Perform functional testing of the tool; Develop training materials and deliver training on new requirements to end-user departments, internal champions, and other stakeholders; Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to enhance processes through integrated efforts; Maximize platform capabilities by configuring Flows, Validation Rules, and Workflows; Integrate the management platform with other platforms; Serve as the technical reference point for the team and the company. **Requirements:** Experience with OSGT (Thomson Reuters) Knowledge of SAP ERP ECC Strong expertise in OSGT configuration integrated with SAP ERP Advanced English proficiency **Responsibilities:** Map processes related to import/export/other operations and configure them in OSGT. Gather requirements from various departments within the company.
