The **Data & AI** area aims to solve complex business problems. In other words, the Data & AI team applies statistical techniques, algorithms, stochastic and optimization methods to model internal and external data, generating valuable insights that drive business improvement initiatives. We are seeking a candidate with structured thinking, a hands-on mindset, experience in software projects, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. **Responsibilities and duties** * Collaborate in the planning and execution of **end-to-end** projects—from gathering requirements with business areas, prototyping interfaces, frontend development, and integration with APIs/backend—to testing, deployment, and end-user support; * Develop and maintain **responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces**, ensuring a smooth and consistent user experience (UX) across different devices and browsers; * Implement reusable and scalable components using **modern frameworks** such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js, following **Design System** and **Component-Driven Development** standards; * Integrate the frontend with **RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs**, consuming data from microservices and ensuring appropriate handling of loading states, errors, and caching; * Collaborate with **UI/UX designers** to translate wireframes, prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD), and visual specifications into functional, design-accurate code; * Contribute to **full-stack development** when needed, supporting the backend using **Node.js (Express, NestJS)** or **Python (FastAPI, Django)** for endpoint creation, business logic, and integrations; * Implement and maintain **automated tests** (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure application quality and stability; * Participate in **code reviews**, proposing code improvements, standards, and development best practices; * Collaborate on continuous improvements in **frontend performance**, accessibility, and other areas; * Address **production incidents**, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence; * Create and maintain **technical documentation** for implemented solutions (Storybook, README, internal wikis); * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting technical design and problem resolution, and establishing best practices across area projects. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript**, with mastery of concepts such as responsiveness, semantics, accessibility, and DOM manipulation; * **Experience with React.js** (hooks, Context API, state management using Redux, Zustand, or Recoil) **or Vue.js** (Composition API, Vuex/Pinia); * Experience with **full-stack/SSR frameworks**, such as **Next.js** or **Nuxt.js**; * Knowledge of **modern styling approaches**: CSS Modules, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, SASS/SCSS, or Material UI / Ant Design / Chakra UI; * Experience consuming and integrating **RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs** (Apollo Client, React Query / TanStack Query, Axios, Fetch API); * Knowledge of **backend development** using **Node.js** (Express, NestJS) or **Python** (FastAPI, Django), including endpoint creation, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and data modeling; * Experience with **relational databases** (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and/or **non-relational databases** (MongoDB, Redis); * Proficiency with **version control tools** (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket), including branching strategies (Git Flow, Trunk-based); * Knowledge of **containerization with Docker** and familiarity with **CI/CD** (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins); * Experience with **cloud technologies**, preferably **AWS/Azure**; * Familiarity with **automated testing**: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or Vitest; * **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * **Minimum 3 years of experience** working on real-world frontend/full-stack development projects; * Willingness to travel to Minerva’s operations and offices for opportunity mapping, process understanding, validations, and customer support. **Additional information** Preferred qualifications: * Backend proficiency with Python; * Experience with front-end development agents (Lovable); * Experience with **Storybook** for component documentation and isolated development; * Familiarity with **WebSockets and real-time communication** (Socket.io, Server-Sent Events); * Knowledge of **Streamlit** for rapid data interface prototyping; * Familiarity with **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and **DevOps culture** (CI/CD, infrastructure as code); * Knowledge of **web performance optimization**: lazy loading, code splitting, tree shaking, caching strategies, CDN; * **Postgraduate degree**, completed or in progress.
