**Your mission as a Contabilíder:** Plan, develop, and lead the team of analysts in fulfilling the schedule for calculating municipal, state, and federal taxes in the domestic market, ensuring timely compliance with legal deadlines and excellence in quality results, NPS, and customer service. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Monitor and track the tax calculation schedule using KPIs, ensuring strict adherence to current legislation and on-time delivery. * Create and monitor qualitative and quantitative indicators to assess team performance, strategically adapting plans and efficiently allocating resources. * Maintain active communication and strong relationships with other company departments, ensuring full technical and operational alignment. * Assign tasks and people based on technical and behavioral profiles, aiming for balanced deliverables and optimal team utilization. * Train the team and provide periodic feedback, driving continuous employee growth and internal career development. * Identify, analyze, and communicate risks and opportunities directly impacting business rules. **What we’re looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields. * Solid experience leading fiscal operations and managing/developing teams. * In-depth knowledge of Tax Legislation, with focus on Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido taxation regimes. * Knowledge of accounting and corporate law. * Consistent experience in daily fiscal management and leading projects within the area. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ease of use with process management software. * Interest in and openness to applying new technologies and Artificial Intelligence tools in daily routines. **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Online Psychotherapy; * TotalPass; * Life Insurance; * Food and Meal Vouchers (VA/VR); * Discount Partnerships (Universities and Language Schools); * Despreocupe\-se \- Various Insurance Plans; * No dress code; **\#VEMPRACONTABILIZEI** **Culture and Development \= We Build Together** Believing that the success of entrepreneurial individuals is our success, Guardians and Guardianesses of our culture build every day the best place to work.
