RESPONSIBILITIES Administer and maintain production Kubernetes environments; Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes; Ensure infrastructure high availability, performance, and security; Monitor environments, applications, and critical services; Diagnose and resolve production incidents; Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams; Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments; Support continuous improvements in observability, automation, and security. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Production experience with Kubernetes (k8s); Knowledge of deployments, troubleshooting, scaling, health probes, and rolling updates; Solid Linux knowledge (Ubuntu, CentOS, or Oracle Linux); Experience with HAProxy (configuration and tuning); Docker knowledge, including creation of optimized Dockerfiles and multi-stage builds; CI/CD experience (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar); PostgreSQL knowledge (basic administration, backups, monitoring, and PgBouncer); Messaging experience (Kafka and/or RabbitMQ); Familiarity with SSL/TLS certificate management; Monitoring and observability experience (ELK/Kibana, APM, and cluster metrics); Ability to independently diagnose production incidents; Experience analyzing logs, resource consumption, and JVM performance. DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS Experience with K3s; Redis knowledge; Experience with Spring Boot environments; Familiarity with Spring Cloud Config and Eureka / Service Discovery; Infrastructure security knowledge (CrowdSec, Trivy, and container scanning); RADIUS/Diameter knowledge; Experience with Oracle Linux or RHEL-based distributions.
