**We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer** We are seeking a Mid-Level Python Developer to work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of scalable backend solutions, APIs, integrations, automations, and digital products. The ideal candidate for this role combines strong technical expertise in Python with a practical delivery mindset, the ability to solve complex problems, and the capability to thrive in dynamic environments—collaborating closely with product, technology, data, infrastructure, and business teams. We seek someone who writes clean, secure, and sustainable code, yet also understands the problem context, proposes improvements, and contributes to transforming business needs into real technological solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and evolve backend applications using Python. * Design and integrate RESTful APIs with a focus on security, performance, scalability, and maintainability. * Integrate internal and external systems, relational and legacy databases, and third-party platforms. * Build automations for operational, analytical, and business processes. * Work with relational databases, data modeling, SQL queries, and query optimization. * Implement automated tests and support software quality best practices. * Participate in technical design discussions, backlog refinement, code reviews, and agile ceremonies. * Collaborate with product, infrastructure, data, and business teams to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions. * Support application deployment, monitoring, and operations in containerized environments. * Document technical solutions, integrations, APIs, and key architectural decisions. **Required Qualifications** * Solid hands-on experience developing with Python. * Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. * Knowledge of backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. * Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar. * Proficiency with Git and version control best practices. * Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies. * Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Pytest or equivalents. * Exposure to CI/CD practices. * Ability to write clean, organized, testable, and maintainable code. * Experience working in agile teams with cross-functional collaboration between technical and business areas. **Desired Qualifications** * Knowledge of SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Pydantic, and JWT-based authentication. * Experience in process automation, web scraping, webhooks, and API-driven integrations. * Familiarity with observability, monitoring, or tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Metabase, or similar. * Experience with Linux, Shell Scripting, and infrastructure environments. * Exposure to legacy systems, complex integrations, or mission-critical environments. * Understanding of microservices architecture. * Experience with applied AI solutions, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or workflow orchestration. * Knowledge of n8n, LangChain, Supabase, or other automation and integration tools. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving orientation. * Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Autonomy to drive deliveries with accountability. * Organizational skills to manage multiple demands and priorities. * Technical curiosity and continuous learning mindset. * Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and professional profiles. * Commitment to quality, security, and delivering tangible impact through solutions. **Profile Differentiators** Experience in projects involving intelligent automation, system integration, dashboards, observability, generative AI, AI agents, or legacy environment modernization will be a significant advantage.
