If you enjoy solving problems, thrive in a collaborative environment, and seek professional growth, this opportunity may be right for you. **\#WeAreNomos** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and management indicators; * Collect, process, organize, and validate datasets from multiple sources; * Automate data extraction, processing, and delivery routines; * Identify trends, opportunities, and deviations through indicator analysis; * Support various company departments in data-driven decision-making; * Develop queries and analyses using SQL; * Build executive visualizations and presentations; * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability; * Document processes, indicators, and business rules; * Contribute to evolving the company’s data architecture by proposing continuous improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Experience in data analysis and manipulation; Advanced SQL knowledge; Advanced Excel proficiency; Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools; Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile; Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business units. **Preferred Qualifications** Python knowledge for data analysis; ETL and data modeling experience; Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP); Git knowledge; Business metrics knowledge. **Additional Information** Collaborative environment focused on collective growth; Participation in the company’s strategic projects; Direct interaction with various business units; Opportunities for technical and professional development; Wellhub (Gympass); TotalPass; Starbem (telemedicine and psychological support); Pharmacy discounts; Annual bonus program; Partnership program.
