We are a team composed of **people who see beyond the obvious!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, proposing corrective and preventive actions based on data, as well as operational controls and indicators; * Lead economic and financial feasibility projects to support strategic decision-making; * Design and monitor cash flow in partnership with Treasury and other stakeholders. * Manage corporate governance, compliance, and risk management processes, proposing continuous improvements; * Serve as the focal point for audit processes, ensuring timely and high-quality information delivery; * Ensure compliance with fiscal, accounting, and financial regulations, maintaining the company’s standing with regulatory authorities; * Prepare executive management presentations, translating financial data into strategic insights; * Support senior leadership in business planning and in defining management strategies and direction; * Promote a high-performance culture, continuous development, and results-oriented focus within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree. **Experience** * Minimum of 7 years of experience in administrative, accounting, and/or financial management; * Proven experience in auditing (internal or external), with solid knowledge of risk analysis and financial statements; * Track record in controllership with an enterprise-level results orientation—not limited to operational accounting; * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies, preferably with holding structures, investment funds, and/or subsidiaries. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in accounting close, P\&L, budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, and statistical concepts; * Strong analytical capability for data interpretation and evidence-based decision-making; * Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS), tax legislation, and corporate governance; * Skill in designing and managing financial and operational indicators. **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in service or technology companies; * Knowledge of M\&A. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS OF BEING VISION!** At Vision, security starts with people.
