The Vetta Team understands the importance of teamwork and collaboration to deliver results that span the globe — while simultaneously **transforming each individual’s career.** **If you want to share your perspective on building a more sustainable world, join the Vetta Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will have the opportunity to:** * Participate in project meetings to understand proposed architectures and support technical discussions related to cloud environments. * Prepare cost estimates for new projects using AWS services. * Lead optimization initiatives—from identifying opportunities to implementing actions together with responsible teams. * Identify improvement opportunities related to cloud environment governance. * Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reports on costs and resource utilization. * Support defining and evolving best practices for Cloud Governance and FinOps. * Document analyses, identified opportunities, and achieved results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **In this position, you will be responsible for leading cloud implementation, modernization, and optimization projects using AWS and GCP services. You will work on initiatives such as migrating on\-premises environments to the cloud, implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, creating and managing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, and conducting proof-of-concepts (PoCs) in partnership with AWS.** **What we expect from you for this role:** * Proficiency in key AWS\\GCP services: (CloudFront, EC2, S3, EFS, VPC, Route53, RDS, ELB, IAM, Virtual Private Gateway, Internet Gateway, VPC, Shared VPC, Flow Logs, Web Application Firewalls, CloudWatch, CloudTrail). **Desirable:** * Concepts of Cloud Governance and FinOps. * Experience in monitoring and analyzing cloud environments. * Networking fundamentals (VPC, Subnets, Routing, Security Groups, Load Balancers). * Basic Linux knowledge. * Intermediate English for reading technical documentation. **Bonus:** * Python or Bash. * AWS CLI. * AWS and GCP certifications. * FinOps Certified Practitioner certification. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** As a people\-centric company, we constantly strive to value our team.
