Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a degree in Engineering or Architecture, strong experience in relationship management with construction companies, and technical-commercial expertise to develop new technologies and manage strategic large accounts. Cross-functional engagement with all brands in the Construction Solutions business area **We count on you for** **Key Responsibilities** * Development of new technologies in collaboration with construction companies * Management and monitoring of strategic large accounts * Continuous follow-up of key clients * Monitoring of revenue from key accounts * Cross-functional engagement with all brands in the Construction Solutions business area * Technical discussions regarding technology and construction system replacement * Interface with senior decision-makers (directors, owners, and leadership of construction companies) * Advisory technical-commercial support aimed at business expansion and brand strengthening * Building relationships with key clients * Understanding clients' technical and commercial needs * Negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms * Project and post-sales follow-up * Driving sales growth and increasing brand market share * Coordinating internal departments (marketing, logistics, engineering, finance, among others) to ensure customer satisfaction * Developing long-term strategic plans for each account **Is this role right for you?** ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture * Strong experience in relationship management with construction companies * Experience in technical specification within the civil construction sector * Knowledge of construction systems * Experience in advisory/technical-commercial roles * Experience with large-scale projects and management of strategic large accounts * Technical profile combined with commercial and negotiation capabilities * Prior experience with construction solutions is desirable ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Established relationships with directors and owners of construction companies * Experience in technology replacement and solution specification * Relevant networking in the civil construction industry Job Reference: BRA01589
