Responsibilities and Duties Defining architecture standards and best practices across multiple teams, ensuring technical consistency across diverse products and services; Contributing to the company’s long-term technical vision. Evaluating emerging technologies and proposing scalable solutions. Participating in strategic decisions alongside managers and directors; Tackling critical issues requiring deep technical expertise; Leading initiatives to improve performance, security, and reliability. Supporting teams facing technical challenges beyond the scope of a single project; Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Influencing engineering practices across the organization; Serving as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring clarity in decision-making. Documenting and communicating architectural standards and guidelines. Participating in technical forums and internal committees. **Requirements:** Requirements Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and other departments; Proficiency in creating technical documentation (e.g., RFCs, ADRs) and knowledge transfer; Ability to balance technical vision with business needs.
