Responsibilities and Duties Defining architectural standards and best practices across multiple teams, ensuring technical consistency across different products and services; Contributing to the company’s long-term technical vision. Evaluating emerging technologies and proposing scalable solutions. Participating in strategic decisions alongside managers and directors; Tackling critical issues requiring deep technical expertise; Leading initiatives to improve performance, security, and reliability. Supporting teams on technical challenges that extend beyond a single project’s scope; Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Influencing engineering practices across the organization; Serving as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring clarity in decision-making. Documenting and communicating architectural standards and guidelines. Participating in technical forums and internal committees. **Requirements:** Requirements Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and other departments; Proficiency in creating technical documentation (RFCs, ADRs, etc.) and knowledge transfer; Ability to balance technical vision with business needs. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of capital markets and credit domain; Experience building systems handling millions of daily transactions;
