An MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Corporate Management, Project Management and/or Planning is desirable. Professional Experience* Experience in strategic leadership of sectoral development areas, with a focus on strengthening the industry and aligning with institutional guidelines. * Experience with the productive sector, preferably industrial, including understanding of market dynamics, competitiveness challenges, and opportunities for business development. * Experience in people management and development, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams, definition of operational guidelines, performance monitoring, and professional development. * Experience in coordinating strategic planning, including development, prioritization, and monitoring of structural agendas, programs, and projects aimed at developing the productive sector. * Experience in institutional coordination and high-level relationship management, working with business leaders, representative entities, trade unions, government agencies, and strategic partners. * Experience in leading forums, councils, and institutional agendas, including negotiation, mediation of interests, and identification of strategic partnerships to generate value for the industrial ecosystem. Required Knowledge* Strategic planning and results-oriented and indicator-based management. * Governance and management of strategic projects. * Sectoral intelligence and knowledge of industrial production chains. * Development and implementation of sectoral programs and initiatives. * Team management and development. * Institutional relationship management and coordination with strategic stakeholders. * Analysis of national and international industrial scenarios and trends. * Preparation and validation of executive reports and institutional presentations. * Knowledge of management tools, goal tracking, and data analysis. * Microsoft Office or equivalent tools, with emphasis on presentation development and data analysis.
