**Responsibilities and Attributions**
Responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals for O\&M solutions across the energy segments (solar, wind, and related solutions), including defining technical solutions, cost modeling, pricing strategy, and risk analysis—ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer requirements.
Acts as the interface between Procurement, Operations, Finance, and External Partners, supporting the sales process from opportunity identification through to customer negotiation.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals for O\&M services, retrofit, and projects related to renewable energy opportunities;
* Analyze bidding documents (RFP/RFQ), technical specifications, and contractual requirements;
* Define technical scope and develop solutions aligned with customer needs;
* Engage with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal) throughout the proposal development lifecycle;
* Participate in technical, commercial, and contractual risk analysis of opportunities;
* Develop cost structures (cost breakdown) and pricing strategies based on historical data, benchmarks, and updated databases;
* Support the commercial team during customer negotiations, clarifications, and proposal presentations throughout bidding processes;
* Promote continuous improvement of processes, proposal tools, databases, models, and market intelligence to increase win rates and operational efficiency.
**Requisites and Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, or related fields);
* Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals, bidding, or related areas;
* Experience in energy projects (solar, wind, O\&M, or retrofit);
* Knowledge of cost modeling and pricing formation;
* Ability to interpret technical and contractual documents;
* Strong communication and presentation skills;
* Advanced Excel proficiency;
* Advanced English proficiency;
* Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with service companies in the renewable energy sector;
* Knowledge of energy service and project contracts;
* Familiarity with pricing tools and cost databases.
