Job Summary: The Procurement Analyst is responsible for negotiating contracts, analyzing costs, managing suppliers, and developing strategies to optimize procurement and services, ensuring customer loyalty. As a Procurement Analyst, you will negotiate contract details, analyze costs, and provide strategies and solutions to help KN’s business units better manage supplier procurement and service costs. You will report cost savings in a timely manner, including inventory management, order tracking, development of alternative supply sources, cataloging of products and services where appropriate, resolution of pricing disputes, and preparation of proposals and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) for supplier services. You will also develop SLAs to monitor supplier performance.**How you create impact** * Support business needs by aligning with internal customers and developing suppliers to meet those needs * Negotiate and acquire/contract products and services according to established requirements * Develop procurement projects and ensure their implementation * Analyze pricing structures and cost sheets * Conduct market research and technical and financial analyses of suppliers * Implement specific local and/or regional procurement plans * Develop strategic cost reduction, quality, and procurement projects * Control supplier quality and performance **What we would like you to bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Prior experience in procurement activities such as supplier negotiation, market research, and supplier management * Familiarity with procurement fundamentals, saving calculation, and applicable methodologies (e.g., categorization, spend analysis) * Experience in Logistics is a plus * Advanced Excel skills **What's in it for you** At Kuehne+Nagel, you are always part of a committed and dynamic team because great achievements are only possible together.
