Senior HCM Integration Architect

Description

**We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Analyze, design, and develop corporate integration solutions between systems * Participate in defining architecture and governance for integration projects * Develop integration projects between systems * Document technical aspects of integration projects and solutions * Collaborate with partners to design integration solutions across all systems in our Ecosystem * Work alongside IT and Business teams to support integration implementation * Collaborate with the Center of Excellence to define corporate reference standards and architecture **Requirements and qualifications:** * Academic degree in IT-related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in integration projects * Knowledge and experience in projects involving implementation and/or integration of Payroll, Time & Attendance, and HCM systems * Advanced knowledge of API contract specification standards (OpenAPI, Swagger, REST, SOAP, WSDL, etc.) * Advanced knowledge of API-First development standards * Familiarity with API Manager and API Gateway technologies (WSO2, Kong, Apigee, etc.) * Familiarity with hybrid integration (HiP) and service-oriented integration technologies (SOA, OSB, etc.) * Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) * Experience integrating with messaging technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) * Hands-on experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) patterns and technologies * Understanding of microservices **Desirable:** * Development of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) * Development of integrations using ODI * Development of CDC (OGG) integrations * Technical specializations and certifications * Technical English for reading, writing, and participating in conversations * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies * Software and/or microservices development (Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.) * Experience with data integration and movement technologies (ETL, ELT, CDC, GoldenGate) * Basic knowledge of container infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) * Experience with agile team management frameworks * Knowledge of Retail, Backoffice, E-commerce, and Logistics processes **Additional information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance**, with no co-payment for exams or consultations. * Want more well-being?
