**SCHOOL COORDINATOR** **Our client operates in the education sector and is located in João Pessoa/PB.** **You will have the opportunity to work on the following activities:** \- Monitor and guide the pedagogical practices of teaching staff; \- Foster integration and communication among different school departments; \- Monitor learning indicators and implement intervention plans; \- Manage available material and financial resources efficiently; \- Plan and conduct continuous professional development programs for teachers; \- Participate in and organize educational events. **Requirements to qualify for this position:** \- Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or related fields; \- Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Pedagogical Coordination or Educational Management. \- Knowledge of curricula for Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary Education, including national and state curriculum guidelines; \- Ability to plan and conduct continuous professional development programs for teachers; \- Familiarity with educational technologies and digital tools; \- Social skills for interacting with parents and students; \- Capacity for teaching staff management and project management, organized and collaborative profile, strong communication skills, results-oriented, and efficient demand management.
