The professional will support international operations, working during night shifts (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM Brasília time), focusing on support, continuous evolution, and improvement of Accounts Payable processes. This is an opportunity for professionals with technical autonomy, end-to-end experience, and a desire to work on high-impact projects with cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities** * Implement and support SAP OpenText VIM solutions in ECC and S/4HANA environments * Configure and administer approval workflows, Chart of Accounts (CoA), and expense types * Manage multiple invoice intake channels (OCR, e\-mail, manual upload, IDocs) * Operate and evolve the end-to-end invoice process across PO, Non-PO, and down payment scenarios * Configure automatic derivation of invoice attributes (G/L accounts, cost centers), especially for Non-PO scenarios * Work with BCC and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES) for fiscal document extraction and processing * Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and proposals for continuous improvement * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and evolve the environment * Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Proven end-to-end implementation experience with SAP OpenText VIM (ECC and/or S/4HANA) * Proficiency in configuring approval workflows, CoA, and expense types * Experience with multiple invoice intake channels, including OCR and IDocs * Solid knowledge of PO, Non-PO, and down payment invoice processing * Expertise in automatic derivation of invoice attributes * Advanced English — mandatory (communication with international teams) * Availability to work from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Brasília time) **Preferred:** * Experience with BCC and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES) * Knowledge of DRC integration and e\-Invoicing * Experience in projects involving U.S.-based operations * SAP certifications related to FI/MM or OpenText **What we offer** * Fully remote work model * Challenging projects in the technology and finance ecosystem * Agile, collaborative environment with a culture of continuous learning * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Access to industry-specific training and technical content
