Participate in SAP B1 implementation and evolution projects ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Mission** * Ensure the operation, support, evolution, and integration of SAP Business One, guaranteeing that the ERP meets business needs with stability, security, availability, and efficiency, while also supporting users and promoting continuous process improvements. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Responsibilities** * Support the SAP Business One environment, ensuring its operation, performance, availability, and security; * Handle and resolve Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 (L1, L2, and L3\) incidents and service requests; * Perform system configurations, parameterizations, and error corrections; * Administer and provide support for SAP B1 Add\-ons, BrOne, and other complementary solutions; * Monitor and ensure proper functioning of integrations between SAP B1 and internal and external systems; * Analyze, identify, and resolve integration-related failures; * Develop and monitor continuous improvements in business processes supported by the ERP; * Design queries, reports, and analyses to meet requirements of tax, finance, accounting, sales, logistics, procurement, production, and inventory departments; * Participate in SAP Business One implementation, upgrade, migration, and evolution projects; * Act as a liaison among users, vendors, and technical teams for solution analysis and implementation; * Maintain technical and functional documentation for processes, parameterizations, and integrations; * Provide training and technical support to end users to promote optimal system usage; * Evaluate and propose technological improvements to increase operational efficiency and automate processes. * **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; **Desirable** * SAP Business One certification; * Experience with SAP HANA and/or SQL Server; * Knowledge of SQL and data modeling; * Familiarity with ITIL, BPM, and process management methodologies; * Knowledge of CRM, WMS, MES, and industrial integration tools. ### **JOB BENEFITS** **Work Location:** Remote; Hybrid – PR\- Pinhais Hybrid\- SP ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** PJ
