Job Summary: Participate in new product development, ensuring quality requirements are met from the early project phases through to industrialization. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in new product development projects with a focus on Quality. 2. Management of APQP activities and monitoring of schedules. 3. Preparation and review of Product Control Plans. We are seeking a **Project Quality Specialist** to support new product development, ensuring quality requirements are fulfilled from the initial project phases through to industrialization. Key Responsibilities: * Participate in new product development projects from a Quality perspective; * Issue, control, and organize project quality documentation; * Manage APQP activities, monitor schedules, and report status to management; * Conduct technical studies related to product development and industrialization; * Define control methods and monitor suppliers during development and validation stages; * Analyze critical and significant product and raw material characteristics, including DFMEA preparation; * Prepare and review Product Control Plans; * Develop technical reports, perform problem analysis, and propose improvement actions; * Interpret engineering drawings and specifications; * Comply with applicable quality, safety, and environmental procedures. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automotive, or related fields); * Experience in Project Quality, Product Development, or Quality Engineering; * Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, Control Plan, and Core Tools methodologies; * Experience interpreting technical drawings; * Industrial experience, preferably in the automotive sector; * Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving techniques. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter or similar); * Experience in new product development and industrialization; * Knowledge of PPAP, MSA, SPC, and IATF 16949; * Intermediate English proficiency.
