A Project Manager to strategically lead and manage medium- and high-complexity projects from conception through final delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality—while emphasizing technical excellence, innovation, security, and customer experience. Strategically serve as the liaison among technical departments, business units, suppliers, and stakeholders, applying both traditional and agile methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban) to ensure governance, process maturity, and alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project and Process Management: · Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with recognized methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban). · Define and control scope, schedule, budget, resources, and KPIs. · Simultaneously manage critical infrastructure projects, data centers, structured cabling, and telecommunications projects—characterized by high complexity and impact. · Implement action plans, risk mitigation strategies, and change tracking. · Conduct field inspections to validate execution, technical compliance, and safety. · Prepare and present executive reports and status dashboards to stakeholders. Leadership and Team Management: · Coordinate technical and cross-functional teams, fostering motivation, engagement, and talent development. · Distribute and balance workloads with a focus on efficiency and quality. · Lead alignment meetings, feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and development initiatives. · Identify and nurture emerging leaders within the team. Stakeholder Relationship Management: · Manage expectations and communications with customers, suppliers, senior management, and related departments. · Conduct stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables. · Support contract negotiation processes—including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
