Project Assistant

**Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Partnerships area, ensuring efficient team management and delivery of results. * Develop and maintain institutional relationships with strategic partners. * Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and performance indicators (SLA, NPS, TMA, productivity). * Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Commercial, Finance, Support, and Executive Leadership to ensure synergy and process fluidity. * Prepare, analyze, and present managerial and performance reports to senior leadership. * Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and process automation initiatives. * Establish policies, workflows, and operational standards for partnership management. * Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in contract and supplier management. * Develop and train the team, fostering a high-performance culture oriented toward results. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Experience in leadership roles and team management. * Proven experience in B2B partnership management and institutional relationship management. * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio). * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar). * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, PDCA, Kanban, or similar). * Experience with performance metrics and data-driven management. * Familiarity with contracts, compliance, and partner governance. * Strong negotiation and strategic communication skills.
