YOUR MISSION Transform designed processes into operational reality by leading the validation and implementation of the To Be state across Conviver Urbanismo’s business areas, coordinating strategic improvement projects, and ensuring initiatives are executed with quality, on schedule, and with tangible efficiency gains — including the integration of AI solutions for scalability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **Strategic Projects** * Coordinate the operational improvement project portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and expected outcomes * Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing efforts and resources based on criticality * Lead operational excellence projects focused on timeline and impact, serving as the central point of contact among involved departments * Ensure the security and integrity of information and data associated with ongoing projects **Processes — Validation and Execution of the To Be** * Receive mapped processes (To Be) and lead their validation with responsible departments * Ensure effective implementation of new workflows in daily operations, guaranteeing compliance and sustainability * Monitor post-implementation execution, identifying deviations and driving necessary adjustments * Serve as the liaison between process mapping specialists and operational leaders, ensuring end-to-end process fluidity **AI and Scalability Gains** * Identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence to operational processes to achieve scalability gains * Support the evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of AI solutions applied to operations * Contribute to building a smarter, more automated, and scalable operation WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU * Proven experience in **project management** and leading operational improvement initiatives * Ability to **validate and implement processes** (To Be) * Skill in **cross-functional influence** * Analytical mindset to monitor performance indicators and identify execution deviations * Knowledge of methodologies such as **Lean, PDCA, or Kaizen**, with practical application * Curiosity and openness to explore and apply **AI solutions** in operational contexts * A **hands-on**, structured profile with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Experience in the land development, urban planning, civil construction, or real estate development sectors * Exposure to environments undergoing rapid growth or operational structuring * Familiarity with **BI tools** (Power BI, Looker, or similar) * Prior experience implementing processes in complex operations * Familiarity with **AI tools applied to processes** (automation, data analysis, etc.) EDUCATION * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields.
