Management of process automation projects The professional will be responsible for implementing and optimizing processes in companies within the Security and Facilities sectors, acting strategically to improve operational efficiency and business results. Key Responsibilities: - Identification, analysis, and documentation of operational processes - Implementation of processes and workflows aligned with best management practices - Monitoring of performance indicators and automated results - Supporting continuous improvement through data and indicator analysis - Managing process automation projects, where applicable - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure correct execution and adherence to processes Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in process implementation in Security and Facilities companies Comprehensive experience with BPM (Business Process Management) Experience with data analysis and automated results indicators Desirable: Experience in process automation Knowledge of process and workflow management tools Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine
