Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Prepress Operator with experience in visual communication to ensure the technical and visual preparation of files for production. Key Highlights: 1. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the technical and visual preparation of files for production, guaranteeing quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. If you are detail-oriented, have experience in visual communication, and enjoy working with quality and deadlines, this opportunity is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, adjust, and verify files for production * Ensure alignment between work orders and received materials * Develop layouts for clients and internal requests * Adapt files for different applications (cars, buses, trucks, etc.) * Create technical cutting dies for displays, signs, and similar materials * Manage and update prepress PCP * Adjust and maintain equipment color profiles * Complete vehicle entry and exit checklists (when required) * Ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery quality * Organize and maintain the workplace * Support training of new employees * Collaborate with other departments as needed ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in visual communication * Advanced knowledge of: + Corel Draw + Photoshop + Illustrator * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Print Factory and Asanti * Technical or higher education in a related field (in progress or completed) * Experience in color management ### **️ Expected Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization and deadline management * Proactivity * Teamwork * Commitment to quality
