Job Summary: We are seeking a PMO / Project Manager to lead and structure the project management for the implementation and operation of autonomous markets, organizing processes and ensuring delivery quality. We focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and customer experience, with implementation and expansion projects progressing at an accelerated pace. ### **About the position** We are looking for a **PMO / Project Manager** to lead and structure the project management for the implementation and operation of autonomous markets. The professional will be responsible for organizing processes, monitoring schedules, ensuring delivery quality, and integrating all departments involved in each project. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Structure and maintain the company's project management framework * Plan scope, schedule, and implementation phases * Monitor deliveries from suppliers and internal teams * Control project deadlines, costs, and risks * Standardize processes and operational workflows * Conduct progress and status review meetings * Generate executive progress reports * Ensure delivery quality and timeliness for each implemented unit ### **Requirements** * Experience in project management or PMO * Strong organizational skills and deadline management * Good communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects * Proficiency in project management tools ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in physical/operational implementation projects * Background in retail, franchises, or distributed operations * Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, Agile, or similar) ### **Variable Compensation** * Bonus tied to on-time project delivery, adherence to quality standards, and achievement of defined goals. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity * Ownership mindset * Process-oriented thinking * Execution focus * Problem-solving ability and capacity to unblock requests Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
