Benefits: Birthday Day Off, gogood gyms, English classes We are seeking a **Planning Engineer** to plan and control highway projects, contributing to organization, efficiency, and timely delivery of road infrastructure projects. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor highway project schedules; * Develop and update project planning; * Conduct schedule and resource analyses; * Monitor activity progress, identifying risks and deviations; * Support project teams with planning and control information; * Prepare management reports and performance indicators; * Interface with multidisciplinary teams, coordination, and clients. #### **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in project planning, preferably highway projects; * Knowledge of planning tools; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and systemic vision; * Project planning knowledge is a plus. #### **Desirable:** * Experience in road infrastructure projects; * Familiarity with ACC software is a plus; * Knowledge of project control and management methodologies. ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, gogood gym membership, English classes, Paid leave ### **Department:** Operations
