The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and quality of executed projects. * Responsibilities: Manage production planning, control, and scheduling; Monitor project execution schedules, ensuring deadlines and quality; Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; Manage inventory and materials; Oversee the development of structures, projects, and visual communication components; Serve as the interface among Creative, Production, and Commercial departments, ensuring alignment of requirements; Lead the production team, promoting organization, efficiency, and productivity. Requirements: Proven experience in PCP, Production Management, or Project Design roles; Knowledge of structures, projects, and visual communication; Experience in the skateboard industry is a strong advantage; Team management and process control skills; Proficiency in control tools (Excel, ERP, or production systems). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
