The Organizational Development Management position will be responsible for structuring, implementing, and sustaining strategic people management initiatives, leadership development, organizational performance, and corporate culture strengthening. This professional will act as a partner to leaders, promoting programs and tools that drive engagement, talent development, succession planning, organizational efficiency, and high performance. The position will play a fundamental role in consolidating modern People & Management practices, connecting business strategy, employee experience, and organizational capability development. Requirements: * Lead and structure the organization’s entire people management cycle, including performance evaluation, calibration, continuous feedback, IDPs (Individual Development Plans), and succession plans. * Develop, implement, and monitor organizational development and leadership programs. * Design learning paths and technical and behavioral training initiatives. * Lead leadership development programs, successor development, and internal pipeline strengthening. * Support managers in decision-making related to performance, potential, and internal mobility. * Implement performance management and human development tools and methodologies. * Conduct organizational climate, engagement, and corporate culture processes, monitoring indicators and action plans. * Partner with leaders to strengthen a culture of feedback, accountability, and high performance. * Develop initiatives focused on employee experience and talent retention. * Support organizational transformation and change management projects. * Build People Analytics metrics and dashboards related to performance, development, succession, turnover, and engagement. * Ensure governance of organizational development programs and alignment with company strategies. * Serve as an internal reference for human development, leadership, and organizational culture practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in Organizational Development, People Management, Talent Management, or similar areas. * Experience with leadership programs, performance evaluation, succession planning, and talent development. * Experience leading organizational culture and change management initiatives. * Advanced English proficiency is required, as this position involves international exposure and interaction.
