Development of multidisciplinary teams and strategic stakeholders The position will play a central role in driving operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth, while integrating technical performance and financial outcomes in a high-complexity environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead operations across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and productivity; * Define and implement operational guidelines aligned with business strategy; * Manage a project portfolio across diverse segments and complexity levels; * Integrate technical performance and financial results of operations; * Lead managers and multidisciplinary teams, fostering alignment and high performance; * Structure processes, standardizations, and operational improvements; * Monitor operational and financial KPIs, acting to optimize outcomes; * Participate in critical decisions and resolution of operational challenges; * Develop relationships with strategic stakeholders. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience leading operations in the construction and engineering sector; * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Strong expertise in cost, schedule, and operational performance management; * Experience operating in high-complexity environments across multiple segments; * Leadership capability, systemic vision, and results orientation; * Strategic profile with execution ability and decision-making skills. Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
