Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist **Seniority:** Specialist **Employment Type:** CLT, 100% remote ### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Microsoft certifications (MD\-102, MS\-102, MCSA, MCSE or equivalent); * Experience with **Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune**; * Experience with **SCCM \+ Intune (Co\-Management)**; * Solid experience with **SCCM (Configuration Manager)**; * Knowledge of **Azure AD**, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, and Certification Authority; * Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365\); * Knowledge of VMware; * Knowledge of Hitachi Storage and SAN (Brocade); * Experience in infrastructure for distributed environments (distribution centers, stores, etc.); * Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies; * Advanced English. ### **Desirable** * Support for on\-premises servers (VMware/Hyper\-V) and cloud (Azure); * Windows patching via SCCM; * Server firmware updates. ### **Responsibilities** * Handle projects, incidents, and alerts originating from monitoring tools; * Develop scripts and perform process maintenance; * Administer **SCCM**, including software distribution, OS image creation, and patch management; * Create, test, and maintain **Task Sequences** for OS deployment automation (OSD) and application distribution; * Create custom reports in SCCM (SQL/Reporting Services) for inventory, compliance, and deployment tracking; * Manage operational routines, production, and monitoring of critical environments; * Support on\-premises and cloud (Azure) servers; * Administer Microsoft environments (Azure AD, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, WSUS, and Certification Authority); * Support applications and manage knowledge; * Participate in escalations and crisis management; * Administer Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, and other Azure resources; * Configure and administer asset and monitoring tools such as **Zabbix**, **Dynatrace**, and **SCCM**; * Create and maintain monitoring templates, metrics, alerts, dashboards, charts, discovery rules, and automations; * Define metrics, alert thresholds, user profiles, and maintenance windows.
