Job Summary: Responsible for leading and supervising store asset maintenance to ensure safety, availability, and team management for preventive, corrective, and renovation activities. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and supervision of asset maintenance across a group of stores 2. Management of multidisciplinary teams in maintenance and renovation projects 3. Development and control of preventive maintenance plans and expense management Responsible for leading and supervising maintenance-related activities for assets across a group of stores, ensuring facility safety and availability, and managing multidisciplinary teams for preventive and corrective maintenance and/or renovation projects. Job Description: * Develop and control the preventive maintenance plan for facilities (lighting, electrical systems, painting, carpentry, fire detection, fire suppression, generators, gates, elevators, water dispensers, pest control, roofs, landscaping, etc.); * Define service provider procurement scopes and technically evaluate execution quality and service performance; * Ensure implementation of the preventive maintenance plan across units; * Conduct technical visits to units to assess equipment operating conditions and develop renovation plans; * Conduct technical handover visits for expansion or renovation works to verify compliance with the executive project, technical standards, and manufacturer specifications; * Conduct technical visits to assess quality of contracted services; * Control departmental expenses, preparing performance monitoring reports and Manage invoices related to departmental purchases and services, and dispatch accounting protocols, generating control spreadsheets to maintain visibility into scheduled payments and prevent document loss or missed deadlines. * REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; 2. Experience in people management; 3. Knowledge of administration and financial planning; 4. Technical knowledge in building maintenance and installations; 5. Knowledge of electrical, civil, and hydraulic systems; 6. Familiarity with service request management systems; 7. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering; 8.
