Job Summary: Responsible for leading the Knowledge Management Department, ensuring the identification, organization, evaluation, and protection of scientific and technological knowledge. Serve as the responsible party for leadership, integration, and supervision of the Knowledge Management Department's activities, ensuring that all scientific and technological knowledge produced or utilized by Hardware BR Institute is identified, organized, evaluated, recorded, and protected—thereby supporting strategic decision-making, driving institutional innovation, and strengthening HBR's competitiveness. This position focuses on preserving the institution's intellectual capital, promoting alignment between competencies and strategic objectives, and ensuring proper management of intellectual property. * Structure and consolidate institutional processes for identifying, recording, preserving, and reusing HBR's strategic knowledge. * Implement and maintain an organized system for mapping competencies and identifying technology gaps aligned with strategic priorities. * Ensure continuous updating of the intellectual property asset inventory and its appropriate institutional valuation. * Ensure that knowledge generated from R&D&I projects, training, and innovation initiatives is effectively incorporated into institutional processes. * Strengthen the institutional culture of knowledge management and protection of intangible assets. * Lead, integrate, and supervise teams under the Knowledge Management Department, ensuring alignment with the Innovation Directorate's strategic guidelines. * Plan, structure, and monitor knowledge preservation processes, including identification, capture, organization, classification, and storage of the Institute's critical information. * Coordinate continuous mapping of technical competencies, evaluating existing resources and identifying knowledge gaps aligned with HBR's strategic objectives. * Ensure alignment between the Institute's intellectual capital and its strategic research, development, innovation, and training projects. * Supervise systematic identification of innovations developed at HBR, analyzing their technical, scientific, and institutional impact. * Coordinate registration, updating, and valuation of intellectual property, including identification and follow-up of patent filings when strategically relevant. * Maintain updated, secure, and accessible institutional knowledge repositories and databases for strategic use. * Monitor knowledge management performance indicators, proposing continuous improvements and reporting results to the Innovation Directorate. * Collaborate\-with other departments within the Innovation Directorate to ensure integration among funding, dissemination, and knowledge management.
