Identify and contact new prospects and explore commercial opportunities. Convert leads received through company channels. Convert leads received through company channels. Proactively create and develop customized commercial projects. Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators. Develop solutions and projects aligned with each customer's specific needs. Track lead times, orders, and commercial processes. Support post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in face-to-face meetings and events when required, strengthening commercial relationships. **Requirements:** Completed bachelor's degree; proven experience in inside sales; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to formulate clear and strategic responses, even under pressure; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. **Salary:** BRL 3,180.00 + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance + Health Insurance + Basic Food Basket. **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) – Permanent Contract **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
