YOUR CHALLENGE (Key Responsibilities) As General Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and assume full 360-degree unit management responsibilities: 1. Financial and Strategic Management: * Oversee the unit’s P&L (income statement, cash flow, cost of goods sold, and labor costs). * Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to maximize profitability and minimize waste. * Execute local marketing and sales strategies to achieve aggressive targets. 2. Operational Excellence (Hands-on): * Ensure the brand’s gold-standard quality in product preparation and customer service. * Actively engage across store areas (counter, cashier, and preparation) whenever needed, leading by example. * Rigorously manage inventory, stocktaking, and procurement of supplies. 3. People Leadership: * Recruit, train, and certify your team (cashiers, shift leaders, and supervisors). * Manage work schedules, attendance records, and foster a motivating, productive organizational climate. * Guarantee flawless compliance with all food safety and hygiene protocols. PROFILE WE SEEK Essential Requirements: * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields). * Experience: Minimum 24 months as General Manager in restaurants/cafeterias, or 18 months as internal supervisor. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Office Suite and strong numerical aptitude; familiarity with ERP and management systems. * Attitude: Inspirational leadership, emotional intelligence, and high conflict-resolution capability.
