Your key responsibilities will include: * Coordinating accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury operations * Performing bank reconciliations and daily financial closing * Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions * Leading audit support activities * Leading, developing, and evaluating the finance team * Structuring improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and automation efforts * Cash flow management * Investment, fund application, and loan management REQUIREMENTS: Solid experience in financial coordination Proficiency in cash flow management Experience with bank reconciliation Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable Knowledge of financial analysis Experience with Visual Linx ERP Advanced Excel proficiency Experience with cost reduction projects DESIRABLE: Experience in medium-to-large companies Knowledge of BI and SQL Experience with AI tools BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: Natural leadership Autonomy Organization and attention to detail Analytical mindset Proactivity Clear communication Sense of urgency Ability to work under pressure Innovation mindset Location: nk Jardins \- São Paulo \- SP.
