This role involves: Developing new products and integrating them with existing systems; Leveraging emerging technologies, with strong emphasis on AWS and modern architecture; Actively building new teams, including hiring and talent development; Working at a solid yet innovative company that provides space to create and make an impact. RESPONSIBILITIES Building and leading new software engineering teams; Directly managing engineering coordinators; Promoting people's development and engagement; Supporting project management, timelines, metrics, and deliverables; Ensuring application of software development best practices and quality standards; Maintaining alignment and collaboration across diverse areas—both business/product and technical; Acting as a technical decision facilitator and promoting agility in delivery. **Requirements:** REQUIREMENTS Experience as a manager of software engineering teams, preferably in fintechs or financial market companies; Strategic vision and project management capability; Knowledge of agile methodologies; Proven experience in people management; Technical background in software development and architecture; Critical, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Familiarity with capital markets and credit domains; Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices; Hands-on experience building scalable solutions.
