**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Regime:** Statutory Responsible for the executive management of projects, programs, and activities related to risk assessment, internal controls, auxiliary supervision, and associated processes; monitoring adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, reporting criteria and procedures; controlling limits and mitigating risks; supporting internal audit; coordinating inspections conducted by the Central Bank at the cooperative; preventing and correcting potential deviations and frauds; protecting the assets of involved parties; and providing technical consultancy, among other functions—leading teams, processes, and resources to achieve goals and strategies ensuring operational compliance, system credibility, financial health maintenance, adherence to regulatory requirements and applicable legislation, in synergy with Sicoob system guidelines, the Board of Directors, and/or the Executive Board of the entity under their responsibility.
