UI/UX Designer

Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI professional with a solid portfolio to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in the full design lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Work autonomously on tasks and projects of lower complexity Description: * A solid portfolio demonstrating your UX skills (process, wireframes, user flows) and UI skills (visual design, attention to detail); * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD); * Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and visual design; * Experience designing interfaces for multiple platforms (Web and Mobile); * Ability to translate complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions; * Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and articulate your ideas; * Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow professionally. Advantages: * Experience maintaining or building Design Systems; * Knowledge of user research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative). * Direct collaboration with Product Managers (PMs) and Developers to understand business requirements and technical constraints; * Active participation across the entire design lifecycle: from discovery (research, user interviews) and problem definition to delivery of high-fidelity solutions; * Creation of design artifacts such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, navigable prototypes, and high-fidelity UI interfaces; * Presenting and defending design decisions to the team and stakeholders, grounded in data and established UX best practices; * Ensuring visual and interaction consistency across our products by using and contributing to the evolution of our Design System; * Participating in usability testing to validate hypotheses and iterate on proposed solutions; * Working autonomously on tasks and projects of lower complexity, seeking guidance for more strategic challenges. 2511260202401831505
