Full Stack Developer (C# + React)

Join BIX Technology **What we expect from you:** * 3 or more years of experience with C# / .NET; * 3 or more years of experience with React.js and JavaScript or TypeScript; * 2 or more years of experience with Cloud (preferably AWS); * Advanced knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; * Experience with Docker and Docker Compose, including usage and image building; * Solid foundation in system architecture, databases, and APIs; * Knowledge of SOLID principles, DDD, Clean Code, and Design Patterns; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Proficiency in code versioning (Git); * Advanced English for conversations with international clients (will be assessed during the interview). **What would be a plus:** * Knowledge of AI agents; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in computer science or related fields. **Responsibilities:** * Develop back-end systems using C# and the ASP.NET Core framework (Web API / Minimal APIs) to provide necessary data for front-end interfaces in new projects; * Develop front-end interfaces using React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript to build software UIs in new projects; * Apply and implement cloud-based software architecture solutions; * Develop software using Docker-based development environments to run applications in new projects; * Write automated tests using testing libraries to ensure correct software behavior whenever a new software is created and required; * Manage code versioning using Git to ensure development consistency and simplify code management whenever changes occur in the codebase; * Author technical documentation using internal tools such as G-Suite or Notion to share information with the team or clients whenever needed; * Participate in rituals such as code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming via videoconferencing and internal tools to enhance individual and team learning, monthly; * Apply agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban for daily development management and participate in their daily rituals; * Conduct client meetings via videoconferencing to resolve national and/or international digital transformation challenges in new projects; * Track project tasks using tools like Notion, Trello, and GitHub Projects to support team deliveries and ensure performance whenever possible; * Promote good coding practices using SOLID principles and Clean Code to guarantee delivered software quality whenever possible; * Share knowledge and foster team learning through dedicated communication channels and presentation sessions whenever appropriate; * Participate in interviews and evaluate candidates in the selection process using Google Meet and our internal ATS for Recruitment and Selection, supporting the hiring of top talent for the team whenever needed. **What BIX offers you:** * 100% remote work; * Online therapy and nutritionist platform; * Well-being platform; * Accelerated career path; * Direct contact with leaders from major companies; * Unique work environment (BIX Hour, team-building events and Happy Hours, Mentoring Program, 1-on-1 meetings); * Online English classes (Cambly); * Birthday leave.
