Support the daily application of the Scrum framework within the team Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, and Retrospective) Help remove impediments affecting delivery progress Support the Product Owner in organizing and prioritizing the backlog Monitor agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) Encourage team collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement Support the dissemination of agile culture across the company Requirements: Basic knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies Familiarity with project management or software development Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams Proactive, collaborative profile with willingness to learn Academic experience, internships, or hands-on projects with agile teams Knowledge of Kanban
