Whether on-site or remote, we foster authentic connections and build a collaborative workplace enriched with knowledge-sharing moments, fun, and development—such as happy hours, game nights, and discussion circles. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your role will include:** * Defining and evolving data architectures to ensure scalability, governance, and efficiency of solutions; * Establishing standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for the data ecosystem; * Providing technical support to engineering teams during implementation of proposed solutions; * Translating business requirements into structured, sustainable data solutions; * Engaging in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders with clarity and depth; * Evaluating and proposing solutions in **cloud** environments, considering performance, cost, and security; * Working with integration of data from diverse systems, including SAP and operational systems. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Proven experience in **data architecture**, including solution design—not just implementation; * Experience in **cloud** environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including architecture design; * Knowledge of data modeling and definition of integration standards; * Experience with modern data ecosystems (data lakes, data warehouses, pipelines, etc.); * Ability to communicate clearly and structurally, with emphasis on explaining technical decisions; * Consulting mindset, with autonomy and critical perspective on solutions. **Nice to have:** * Experience with **SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)** or master data management; * Knowledge of operational data / industrial systems (OT); * Experience with SAP environments and integration with data platforms; * Prior experience in digital transformation or architecture modernization projects; * Familiarity with tools such as Databricks (when applied in architectural contexts); * Experience with data governance and data quality. **Additional information** **The selection process:** **We believe a transparent and respectful selection process is fundamental to a positive candidate experience.
