Job Summary: Responsible for planning, analyzing, controlling, and optimizing project costs to ensure economic feasibility and adherence to the established budget. Key Highlights: 1. Work in civil engineering or production with financial analysis Responsible for planning, analyzing, controlling, and optimizing project costs to ensure economic feasibility and adherence to the established budget. **Responsibilities and Duties** a) Develop cost estimates; b) Compile direct and indirect costs; c) Monitor project financial execution; d) Track variances between forecasted and actual costs; e) Evaluate financial scenarios and risks; f) Integrate physical schedule with financial cash flow; g) Prepare S-curves and performance reports; h) Monitor physical progress vs. cost; i) Create and monitor financial performance indicators; j) Prepare management reports for executive leadership; k) Identify cost reduction opportunities; l) Negotiate with suppliers jointly with procurement; m) Collaborate with engineering, planning, procurement, and finance departments; n) Support audits and internal controls; o) Interface with operational and administrative areas to ensure strategic alignment; p) Comply with and enforce legal and regulatory provisions regarding safety, occupational health, and quality—including service orders issued by the employer—and propose improvements to the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Academic degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Proficiency in planning and control tools; * Financial analysis and logical reasoning; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency in planning and control tools; **Additional Information** * Experience in budget preparation and control, physical-financial analysis, project forecasting, and contract management; * Experience in cost reduction, creation of management reports, and support for strategic decision-making; * Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI.
