Coordinate field execution teams; Ensure compliance with the physical project schedule; Approve services and work fronts; Monitor productivity, quality, and safety; Support engineering in organizing and advancing construction activities; Supervise construction work in accordance with design documents and procedures. **Requirements:** Requirements: Reside in São Luís – MA or adjacent regions; Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor on multifamily construction projects; Experience with projects under the “Minha Casa Minha Vida” (MCMV) program; Leadership ability and field team management experience; Proactive, dynamic profile with focus on productivity; Strong capability in approving work fronts and operational monitoring; Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; Commitment to deadlines, quality, and construction site safety.
