Job Summary: Construction Site Supervisor with experience in team supervision, process control, and quality assurance in civil construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and schedule monitoring #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the construction team, ensuring adherence to the schedule and technical specifications. * Read and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and hydraulic drawings to ensure correct execution. * Control the flow of materials, equipment, and labor on site, optimizing resources and preventing waste. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE by all team members. * Prepare daily production reports, labor records, and site incident reports. * Interface with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to align information and resolve technical issues. * Inspect the quality of executed work, identify non-conformities, and request appropriate corrective actions. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Construction Site Supervisor in civil construction projects. * Solid knowledge of construction techniques, and ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD or similar). * Team management and leadership skills, with focus on productivity and quality. * Proficiency in controlling construction materials, tools, and equipment. * In-depth knowledge of ABNT technical standards and occupational safety regulations (NRs). * Experience in planning and monitoring physical\-financial schedules. * Valid driver's license (Category B or higher) and willingness to travel if required. #### **Skills** * Drawing Reading (AutoCAD) * Team Management * Quality Control * Safety Regulations (NRs) * Construction Planning * Materials Management * Construction Budgeting * Technical Reporting * Problem Solving ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** OBRA DIASE ATLAS COPCO \- ITU/SP
