Learn more about C.A.C Engenharia: https://www.cacengenharia.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate construction execution, ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, and safety; * Manage administrative, operational, and subcontractor teams; * Monitor physical\-financial schedules and physical progress of projects; * Manage costs, materials, equipment, and contracts; * Ensure project compatibility and correct implementation; * Monitor productivity and performance indicators of construction sites; * Address technical and operational issues; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Experience coordinating residential construction projects, preferably MCMV; * Experience in physical\-financial project management; * Experience managing teams and subcontractors; * Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, PBQP\-H, and Caixa processes. **Preferred Qualification:** * Experience with the concrete wall construction method. **Additional Information** Meal allowance / food voucher Transportation allowance / fuel voucher; Totalpass; Nutritional support; Pharmacy discount (Vidalink).
